The Solution

Deployment of strategic advice, tools, templates and implementation plan.

  • Provided strategic advice and supporting tools and templates to enable the rollout of the first phase of the PMO’s Governance Transformation Project i.e. business intelligence, reporting, business cases
  • Reviewed current governance model and suggested solutions by the City, strengthening their recommendations and presenting to the Executive 
  • Developed an implementation plan with timings and resource requirements, and provided input into a change management plan to support the rollout of the review recommendations
  • Developed tools for the first phase of the rollout such as templates, tools and supporting collateral to accompany the recommendations which went to the Executive along with the suggested implementation plan

Timely roll out of the first phase of the PMO’s Governance Transformation Project.
